The only thing that was somewhat askew is that the day of the pickup the NJ terminal's computers malfunctioned. I called up service in Texas and they found out what had happened and then contacted me later to tell me that while the pickup would be a few hours later it would still be the same day. The pickup driver called several times to keep me up to date on when he would be able to get to me. Apparently there was some additional delay from one of the dealers he was picking up from, but again something not in his control. It was a very cold night and we inspected the car by street lamp. The car arrived on the scheduled day, some 3000 miles away, without damage. Their price was weill within the range I had been quoted by agencies, if not somewhat lower. The only other item a buyer should be aware of is that the service is paid for upfront, since this is not an agency. But, having checked them on the BBB site I did not have a problem with this arrangement. Both the pickup and delivery drivers were courteous and friendly.
