No Service, no contact, no help, no way,ever again, no matter what price. Had a friend that used them and was disgusted but the price is very alluring... DON'T DO IT at any cost!!! The car sat at the drop off point so long that the battery went dead and then they would not pick up. They called and "offered" to put in a Battery (buck and a quarter) and then still did'nt pick up for 4 days. Left Florida on the day it was due in L.A. and went north to Atlanta. Be wary of any company that they train everyone of their people in the art of "I'm sorry for the delay", because that's all I've gotten from them...
