Car was picked up half an hr late, which is not bad. Delivered on time and exterior was washed. I had signed a waiver in order to put personal items in the trunk. There were diapers, baby wipes, toys, boxes of women and children clothes. Nothing appeared stolen upon arrival. The drivers that picked up and dropped off the cars were very friendly and answered any questions I had at the time. My only disappointment was that I had booked the transportation and somehow my order was cancelled without me knowing. I didnt realized it was cancelled until a day prior to pick-up date when I had called them to find out when they're coming out. It was frustrating that we were now on call (not knowing if our car would even be shipped on time. Since we'll be moved out two days later, timing was important) because the trucker's station had closed for the day. Luckily it all work out in the end because the drivers weren't all booked and was able to accomodate us the next morning. Overall, I'm happy with the experience even though price was kinda high.
