I was disappointed that there was no contact about the timing of the shipping in the window originally promised. I was also frustrated that I only was called the same day, in fact just 1 hour before pickup, despite the fact that I was told that I would be called to schedule pickup 24 hours before. I was also notified of the drop off time less than one hour before the actual drop off, which made it very difficult to coordinate work schedules. The delivery truck was reluctant to drive down my street, and wanted to meet in a parking lot, which was not possible. When I called DAS several times, I was on hold for more than five minutes each time and was transferred multiple times to get the person who could help me. In general, I was rather dissatisfied with the DAS experience. My car did arrive in one day in good condition, but the rest of the experience was less than satisfactory.
