I have used Dependable Auto shippers to move my car from Michigan to California. Given that my car was new and expensive (at least for me), I did not want to use any auto shipper to do the job. I wanted to play very safe. I got the details about Dependable Auto shippers thru moving services company recommended by AAA. One thing, which I was certain was that there wouldnt be any unnecessary surprises as you would have, if you hire some body with no name.

The booking process was fairly straight forward and the person showed up on time. He picked up my car and I was told that I will recieve it on or before Jan 16, 2013. I was able to track the status of the vehicle thru the website. when I found my vehicle to be in the terminal for a few days, i got worrried and checked with the point of contact there in michigan (Brad Simon). He was very prompt and addressed my queries immediately and reassured that vehicle will be there in California on time. After some days, I received a mail stating that the vehicle was on the truck and in couple more days , it was in california. The great part is that the vehicle was as clean as I had given ito them on Michigan and every thing was in perfect order. A small issue which I can point out is that I did not recieve the car before the scheduled date:- which is ok, it is trucking and they have to worry about the load efficiencies too.

Over all my experience was very good and I would recommend Dependable Auto Shippers to all my friends. Pricewise, I think they are quite competitive but you may be able to find some body cheaper. However in some of the cases price alone is not the driving factor.
