The initial reservation person was excellent- he instilled confidence and "sold the service." The person who picked up the vehicle was also excellent and instilled confidence that my vehicle would be well cared for. The problem came later. I was given a one-hour notice that my vehicle would be delivered to my home- I was at work and trying to drive to my home at the beginning of rush hour to accept delivery of my vehicle was almost impossible. Given that I was unable to meet them in one hour, I was told they would need to drive the transporter truck to Seattle and they would "catch me on the way back." The attempts at giving me an accurate delivery time on the way back from Seattle were variable from days to hours- it was almost laughable. Finally, I was given a time of 6:30 p.m. for delivery on 12/13/12 so I left a dinner party early but then delivery did not actually occur until 9:30 p.m. The transport driver barely spoke English so there were obviously language issues and difficulty in perhaps reading maps or a GPS to locate my home. He was very nice and I know he was doing his best.

With that said, my vehicle appears to have arrived in good shape with no damage (it has not been washed or driven much) so I'm thankful for that and would use your service again.
