Their driver drove off the side of the loading ramp while loading the car back in september 2012 and as of today 2/4/2013 (6 months) they still have not fully agreed to pay for the damages. Had witnesses and pictures to verify related damges but they are trying to minimize their responsibility. After two estimates from repudable body shops they are trying to cut the cost in half. They tell you what you want to here but they do not follow through with their promises.all this while the car sits it the body shop waiting to get approval and final agreement on the damages. Do your self a favor and use another shipper.
