Initially the contact I had with DAS was very good. Everyone especially Janice was very friendly and helpful. When it came time to pick up my car, there was an issue with the windshield and they would not take the car as scheduled. Issues with my windsheild were never discussed with my contact person and when the driver would not take the car on the Saturday I was to move, I called the weekend end customer service people. I was treated as if the situation was my fault and told there was nothing they could do until I fixed the situation myself and they would still charge me an additional pick up fee. I asked for a manager to call me on the following Monday and no one bothered to return my call. I had to do all the follow up work on my own. When I finally talked to my contact person, she admitted she had not asked the proper questions with regards to my windsheild. Classic example of, "if everything goes well" everyone is friendly and helpful. Heaven forbid something goes wrong!
