Since my car is a convertible, I had to pay extra for a "top load" to protect the top from damage from cars dripping above it.

When I picked up the car at the destination terminal, it was raining. Since there appeared to be no damage to the car, I accepted delivery. What appeared to be dirty water puddled on the hood during the rain ended up being some type of caustic substance that was only recognizable after the rain stopped and I dried off the car. It caused several bubbles in the finish on the hood.

I contacted DAS to let them know and see if they would do anything about it, even just to have the receiving terminal look at it. I received no response from them.

While the independent shop that receives the cars here think highly of the individual DAS drivers, something happened to the hood of my car during transport and DAS seems to have no desire to even acknowledge the issue.

I would not use them again and will not recommend them to others.
