I'm just not that difficult to deal with. The dealer blamed the problems on DAS AND visa versa regarding the lost keys, fobs and damage. both told me to sue the other. What can't be argued is the delayed pick-up dates constantly changing and the customer service being virtually impossible to communicate with, the unbeleivable time on hold and the recorder mesages not matching up when you did talk to someone. They actually finally admitted the car was lost for about 12 days, I never knew what that meant! The car was left and switched to other trucks so much I never could get the truth. This compant survives on lies and dishonesty. It was the worst customer service experience in 58 years of living. Nothing has ever come close to so many lies at every level of one company, in my experience. It is a terrible feeling to pay in advance for the car and shipping and have no idea what's happening for multiple weeks, compared to the Iraq war, this is minute but just the same, it was one terrible experience. The salesman at the dealership actually offered to make the first payment on my contract because it was due before the car arrived. We ended on bad terms as the day the car came there were no keys, I called him and he yelled at me about being tired of "kissing but" on this car deal. Somehow, this was now my fault? My lawyer wrote the dealership, they blamed DAS AND I JUST WAS OUT ON BOTH SIDES. TO ADD INSULT TO INJURY WHEN DAS SENT OUT THEIR SURVEY THEY GAVE A CREDIT TO THE DEALER FOR FUTURE SHIPPING! How do these people sleep at night?
