IT'S BEEN NEARLY A MONTH SINCE THEY PICKED UP MY CAR AND I STILL DON'T HAVE MY CAR! IT WAS ONLY A TWO DAY TRIP!


Dependable Auto Shippers (DAS) are a Rippoff!!!!! Do not use this company!!!!!!


They picked up my car from San Diego and told me I would have it (in Dallas) within a two week period. I felt this was a long time since other companies offered one week service, but the sales lady offered me a good deal.

My car was picked up the next day (wasted NO time there). Days later I checked the shipping on line to be sure it was on its way and found that it wasn’t. Needless to say that my car sat at the local, San Diego pick-up office for 13 days when I was quoted a 15 day (or sooner, she said) arrival.

I called their customer service to ask how was my car going to arrive on time when it is now two days from its promised arrival date. The customer service rep informed me that “it was ONLY a 2-day trip and it would ship directly with out any stops so it would arrive on time”.

Since the original sales lady also told me it was a direct trip I was inclined to somewhat believe the lie. Of course two days came and went and when I called to ask where my car was I was informed that it was NOW in AZ...???

I asked what happened to getting my car direct. I then spoke to a very rude customer service rep, who then transferred me to a very rude supervisor who offered nothing more than a passive-aggressive "to bad, we have your $ now you just get to wait". I called back to speak to the original sales lady who now tells me she is has no control if the stated "direct shipping" she sold me on now turned into shipping where ever they want.

I felt like my car was being held hostage. I called a day later to ask when was my car leaving AZ and was told it would arrive with in two days to their office in Dallas area and unless I wanted to wait two days more I could pick it up there. I made arrangements to pick up my car two days later.

Today I call and find my car STILL in AZ!!!!! They are now telling me it will ship out tonight. I do not believe that!!!!

When I called I got two more RUDE customer service reps that transferred me to the same, previously rude, supervisors voice mail. I asked why can't I speak to him, or any supervisor directly I was told THEY ARE ALL OUT TO LUNCH AND SHE DIDN'T KNOW WHEN THEY WOULD BE BACK.

• BELIEVE EVERY NEGATIVE REVIEW AND DONT FALL FOR THE PRICES!!!!!!
