Outraged, insulted and stomped upon!

We are outraged with complete lack of communication on D.A.S. side, while our cars were at the mercy of the WORST SERVICE WE'VE EVER experienced.

We've moved from CA to NC and staged 2 cars for the shipping 4 days apart.
However, not only first car arrived 9 (nine!) days late (no weather complications, as our furniture arrived on time), we have NEVER been contacted by D.A.S., advising on late arrival. Their "Real time satellite tracking" is not even a joke, it's a mock!
Customer service is unwilling and unhelpful. Waiting times up to 32 minutes (recorded). Our cheerful salesperson (Jeff in CO) is disconnected from his crooked company's reality and not even in charge of his own words (promised to "compensate", but retreated soon after communicating with his superior.
Our 2nd vehicle is still sitting in CA since 1/3/2008 (already 19 days, on the same shipping lot!).
Not only we are paying for the rental car in excess of expected, but we can not make any advanced plans, all due to their inferior service. We plan to engage with EACH AND EVERY Consumer Rights organizations, including BBB, epinions.com, transportreviews.com, etc (and advise anyone to steer away from such swindlers!), and also we shall publish our complaint on each and every website of D.A.S.' direct competitors, and to file a complaint with the Office of the Attorney General.
