We just recently moved across country and Dependable Auto Shippers won the award for the worst customer service we have ever experienced. If you want a low price and really don't care if and when you car shows up....do business with them.

All we heard were excuses about the fact they were installing a new computer system to handle their customer service. But that excuse lasted from April, when we started doing business with them, until the end of June.

Our car was supposed to show up in 18 days. It wasn't even picked up at the terminal in 18 days.

If you like low prices and listing to elevator music on hold...do business with them.
