Long story short: Dropped my Jeep Grand Cherokee off at their drop station on May 21st. Was promised a delivery date of 6/04/2012. Vehicle arrived on 6/13/12. I was not notified ahead of time as promised so I could be there when it arrived. I payed for top loading and have no idea if it was actually top loaded or not. I feel like I got conned into spending extra money for a service. And about their supposed 24/7 GPS tracking, yeah right. the vehicle showed up in Oklahoma City, OK for 5 days and that's about it. I could go on... Bottom line, your vehilce will eventually get to you but don't use DAS if you are in a hurry.
