I had a terrible experience with (not so) Dependable Auto Shippers on a door to door move. They left my practically brand new BMW stranded in Wyoming for over two weeks while it was being transported from FL to WA. Their customer service was awful through the whole ordeal. They treated me as if I shouldn't waste their time trying to get status updates on MY car. To top it off, they billed my American Express card before the car even arrived at it's destination. I finally had to get American Express involved. After being without my car for over a month on a 2-week guarantee, they agreed to refund a small amount, very small. But the refund wasn't actually agreed upon or credited until after American Express got involved. I will never use them again, and in my dealings with them I informed them that I would tell everyone I know looking to ship a car not to use them either.
