Booked transport on Tuesday and car picked up the following Sunday when I was told it would be picked up in the next 3 days. They took the car to a terminal where it sat until the following Friday. Even though the car was at the terminal, the computer status still showed waiting to be picked up. After I emailed, it took two days to get the computer status working. The car was loaded and began the trip on Saturday nearly a week later. Instead of being delivered to my local terminal, the car was shipped to a terminal in Mesquite TX. When I booked I was told the once the car was picked up from the originating terminal it would stay on the same truck until it reached my terminal. Now it is sitting at their terminal in Mequite, TX. I called and they cannot tell me when it will be picked up and routed to my terminal. The customer service rep told me they are going to use a regional carrier ( probably posted on Central Dispatch like the rest of the brokers) to get the car to my local terminal. I was told when I was discussing the booking that it would always travel on one of their company owned trucks. I am still waiting. They are no better than a broker.
