I used DAS because they could do a terminal-to-terminal shipment, which was more convenient for me since I could drop it off at short notice. Dealing with DAS directly I spoke to someone who was friendly and helpful. The staff at the terminals were okay, but experience could vary (they are of course independent towing businesses contracted by DAS). The "real-time satellite tracking" on the DAS website was inaccurate, and said my car was in Kansas the day it had arrived in Washington. Otherwise happy with the service - my car was shipped a long distance and arrived a day early with no problems.
