After 2 weeks of moving my car, the delivery date has changed for the third time. This drive took me 4 days to complete in a U-Haul, yet they seem to have no concrete estimation of when delivery will take place. When speaking to the customer service rep, she opted to take a condescending tone of voice when explaining they only offer "ESTIMATED" time of delivery. I work for a travel nursing agency that has me moving every 3 to 6 months, and this was the first and last time I will use the UNdependable Auto Shippers.
