The pick up driver, who arrived in the time frame indicated, was courteous and could answer most of my questions. When he called to find an answer to a question he could not answer he was not able to get a reply in a timely fashion. He had to leave a message-no reply -called again no reply- I was told this was typical. After 25 minutes the answer never came so I just let him take the car as the question was not extremely important to the service provided.
He inspected, filled out paper work and loaded the car in a professional way.

I never received a receipt for the amount that was charged to my credit card before pick up. I have since received a receipt after requesting one.

I feel the time frame for transport was a little slow (over 2 weeks) but the car arrived save and sound. The unloading seemed professional and the driver called 1 hour before arrival.
