I used the pick-up and drop-off service. They came on time for the pick-up and dropped it at the destination on time. Overall very satisfied with the service. Bernie was my contact person, I asked for a discount and he called back with an hour with 50$ off. My car did have mud on the rear bumper and wheels; a car wash was enough to get rid of it.
