I have used DAS for several years transporting my vehicle across country, i., e. California to New Jersey and return. Except for one trip when my car was damaged, and some late dekiveries, service has always ben exellent and totally reliable. In the instance of the damage, DAS paid the entire amount for the repair work which amounted to several thousand dollars. I now have expedited service and if any delay, I am compensated for a set amount for each day beyound the ETA.
I have always usd Jon Krueger as my contact person and he has been polite and thououghly professional in the handling of my orders. He responds promptly to my phone calls or e mails. He is extremely knowledgeable and if he does not know any speciific questions I might present, he quickly obtains answers.
My only concern is the cost of transporting my automobile. It has increased significantly since I first started with DAS.However, I am willing to pay as I feel DAS is best in their business. I have frequenty referred friends and family to DAS.
