Finally, I got my car today, 30days after DAS picked up my car on Aug 6. They first confirmed delivery on Aug 23th (Fresno, CA), then they changed it to Aug 27th, then to Aug 31th, then to Sep 3rd, and it finally showed up today Sep 4th. Their confirmed delivery does not mean anything. They simply keep changing the delivery date and screw you up, the sales rep. won't return your call and the service center keeps you waiting for 20 min and only tells you nothing more than the information you can get from the on-line system. DAS is totally undependable. When I picked upmy car this afternoon, there was this couple who arrived at around the same time to pick up their two cars. Immediately, we exchanged our experiences with DAS. Not surprisingly, we all have lots to complain about DAS's sales and service. This couple paid the premium price and sales rep committed a 10-day delivery (from east coast to Ca) but it took three weeks. As for me, I did not pay the premium price so I get to wait for four weeks (vs. 14 to 16 days as advertised on DAS's website). IN SUM, STAY AWAY FROM DAS. They are not a good choice for you to ship your car.
