Never use them. Period. They picked my car up on time so it seemed as if they were reliable. They charged me $1,380 shortly after the pickup. It turned out they took 20 days to deliver it - when they told me it would take UP TO 15. I had to pay $500 in rental car fees during those days in order to get to work and the company would not reimburse me for any of it. They didn't know where my car was when I would call and had horrible communication with each other. Highly unprofessional and a rip off. Stay clear of them.
