Never use DAS

I'm in the middle of a nightmare situation with DAS. They took all my money up-front (big mistake and not common in the industry). It is nearly impossible to contact customer service - I've been on hold for over 20 minutes now. The previous two times, I was on hold for more than 10 minutes. They estimated the car would be delivered in 16 days. Well, its been 16 days but they STILL HAVEN"T PICKED UP THE CAR from the terminal where it was dropped off. Three days ago they said it would be loaded the next day and makes its way to CA - guess what: it is still sitting there. I've sent emails to the salesman that took my order. Guess what: he ignores them. DONT GO WITH DAS!!!
