I just googled "bernie torres dependable auto shippers" and found this site. I thought I was the only one who got tricked by this guy! Wished I saw this site earlier on.

Hmm, so why is this company still operating? Why is this guy still able to trick people? Is BBB involved at all?

Summary: My 2-weeks estimated date of arrival for my Honda Odyssey is today (July 6). And according to DAS, the car is still in the Origin Port! What do I do? Has anyone been able to force them to pay for rental fees? Anyone has any clue on what the DAS terms and conditions has in terms of lateness?

Wonder if DAS will just burn my car after seeing this post. I tried to email their HR, and trying to reach their execs to no avail. Bernie - from a fellow Filipino, I'm ashamed of your shameful acts. You have disgraced your own countrymen by what you are doing.
