Horrible transport and even worse to try and get fixed

First my vehicle was late getting picked up by 4 days. Communication with Slade was very poor and also he was not honest about when vehicle was going to be actually picked up. Received a different excuse on 2 different occasions from him. Then he would not return my calls have no idea when the vehicle was actually picked up. Delivery was also late and my vehicle arrived damaged. I reported to him damage on my "new" vehicle on the rear passange bumper and also the passanger side doors. On the Bill of lading, he only documented the damage to the bumper and told me to get qn estimate to fix and he would pay for it out of pocket. It has been 7 weeks and $2000 worth of damage and I still have not been able to get Slade (owner) to pay to have my vehicle repaired. He said he would not pay the rrepair amount and I have 3 different estimates to have it repaired. He tried to tell me he would buy a new bumper at his cost, have it painted, drive from where he lives in utan to Colorado and put it on him self. I refuse to let someone who already damaged it once to take it apart & repair it. Have not had any luck with his insurance company paying for the damage either. I would not ever recommend this transport company to anyone. I bought a brand new vehicle and I recieved a damaged one on their behalf. This company is horrible!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!
