My car was picked up on time even though it had a dead battery AND a low tire. I was very pleased that they did this extra work and did not even ask for more money, they said it was part of their door to door service! Kelley said it woudl be painless and it was. I have never moved a car before and was worried how it worked. Slade explained the options and what an open transport meant. If I had to move another car, I woulld call them again. I got the name from the storage place that the car was stored. They said that they had used them before and everything was fine, so I say give them a call they do what they say!
