Dont Use these guys what a poor business

I called and placed an order to ship my car from a dealer in FL to Seattle WA. The broker staff David was good at time of order. Then everything got worse and worse. David "is no longer with us" your order needs to be redone - a week after waiting - So lets just start the time over shall we - we are sorry but were on it.

Another week goes by - no info at all - Not only does this company have NO CONCEPT of customer service they cant even take your call when you call in - Uh can I take your number and call you back - And you guessed it they dont even call you back !! (oh were short staffed or the snowbirds or bla bla bla - you know what I DONT CARE - if you cant provide the service tell me so or hire someone.

I finally canceled my order today after 15 days of no waiting with the worse story telling Ive ever heard if you even get a story out of them. What a joke - They take 200 or so bucks and they cant even promise you a shipment, a delivery, a date, it could be a week, a month or never. Not to mention they have nothing to do with shipping the vehicle some other company does that - - - if your lucky....

Im scared to wonder what would have gone wrong next. I definitely don't believe anything they say anymore
I would rather have my wisdom teeth pulled then count on these guys again
My wife is waiting for her car and these guys are all fiction - go somewhere else and do yourself a favor - My 1st and LAST experience with these guys was awful
