I should have read the reviews before I contracted with Dealer to dealer auto transport. Company was not reliable and just gave lip service. I was concerned that I would never see my car again. Regarding the pick up, we were left with day after day of not picking up the car. When 5 days later it was picked up in the morning and dropped off back in the driveway later in the day. That evening someone called to say they would pick up the car in 30 minutes. It took over 3 weeks to deliver the car to the Boston area. During those 3 weeks, I called dealer to dealer auto transport and was told they would check on where my car was. I never was told where it was. I was given a two day window about the delivery which when it happened, the car came to the wrong address and the wrong town. The delivering company would not even answer my repeated phone calls. Finally, the voice mail box just said I couldn't leave a message because it was full. Poor customer service. Will not use again.
