Contracted motorcycle transfer. Two weeks later they still had no truck for my out of the way pickup point. Refunded my money immediately, no questions asked. From what I read, these people are about average in this business. The drivers are the main problem in this industry.Most of them are independents and won't answer to anyone for anything at anytime. I believe an honest driver team in a good truck could make a killing here.
