late pickup and lack of response top complaint

Contracted with company in late Jan.2008 for pick up on 5/5/8.Never received confirmation/status call as May date approached.I called and was told that pick up would be delayed and didn't have a new date.
Left car with a neighbor and left for home in NJ.When I called to get status was told that I now had to deal with some transport co.
Custermer service was severely lacking at D2D.
After car finally was del. it was damaged by hail stones.Called D2D and made them aware.Never heard from them.Cost another $500.00 for Ins. deductable to get repaired.
An overall nightmare with this company.
