DayWen thoroughly inspected my Mercedes at shippers address in Houston - no dings or scratches. It arrived with a small but very visible dent below the driver mirror, likely caused by a loose chain during another offload.
DayWen refused to acknowledge or pay for the damage, even after the shipper and dispatch company tried to negotiate on my behalf. Do NOT trust your car to these people!
