Contacted for car to be transported to FL from TN but never was picked up . Scheduled move in mid September 2020 and paid the deposit. Called DRS on 8 Oct inquiring about the requested 12 October pickup but nothing had been scheduled. Was promised a call from their Dispatcher by end-of-day 10 October (Saturday) but was not called. Called Monday, was promised a scheduled pick-up date call back by end of the day but again no call. Hired another company Tuesday and car was delivered today, 16 October. Do not recommend this company.
