Had a salvage vehicle shipped, It did not have any front end damage (short of 1 fender needing replaced) The driver was negligent, left hood unlatched, it smashed in my windshield and ruined the hood (apx $1700) in damage. Upon delivery the driver said and I quote "we don't insure salvage vehicles so TO BAD I'm sorry" hahahahahh A sorry lmao... (it was a 2007 350z). They sent me $100 for the inconvenience of not giving me notice that they picked up my vehicle (because I never directly hired them) I went to pick it up myself and they already had it on the truck... ($600+ in gas) They threw windshield damage on the check to cover themselves for that, so I replaced the windshield.
I had asked AT LEAST 15x to be sent insurance info (if they even are insured they kept avoiding it). SO SO SO NEGLIGENT with calling back dont even bother, they will hang up on you as well. This way It would all be covered. But you know later down the road I try to get $ and Don says he will try (months go by and he finally says well that 100$ check had the word damage on it so it covers all damage too.. so basically im out 1600$. He said he would be nice and send me some $ though because HE KNEW they damaged my car badly, however I have not seen a thing and only get my calls ignored now. WHAT A Poor excuse, please please please if you want a pain free delivery think twice before you hire DL transport.. I am out $2000+ dollars thanks to them.
