DiyTransport order 6665438 Here was the email I sent to them. Nobody ever called me to discuss my concerns. Pickup/delivery estimates mean nothing to DIY (the broker) and in the end it is totally out of their control. My delivery estimate was 05/02/18, give or take 2 days. He dropped off on 4/28. I was out of town. Nobody at DIY seemed to care when I called them to discuss ("what am I supposed to tell the transport company, shame on you for doing a great job and getting there early?" -Tiffany) A manager Elliott was nicer and at leased listened to me. Just an overall poor experience. Look around. I will be sure to let Hemmings know too since that is where I got DIYs info from. "I need to relay that I just heard from the driver at 8:15 pm tonight that he will be here tomorrow (saturday) around noon. The problem is that I am out of town until Sunday evening. I was not expecting a delivery until mid week (Monday at the earliest). He is way earlier then the estimated delivery time. I don't even have the payment ready, and what bank is open at this hour on a Friday night and tomorrow is Saturday. He did offer to keep it and go to Seattle and bring it back a week from tomorrow, which I appreciate...but I won't be there next Saturday either. Why didn't anyone notify me he would be so early? Surely he knew this morning (Friday) that he would be here Saturday! I realize that things change from estimates, but based on below, he doesn't even fall close to the estimate. Now instead of enjoying my family weekend getaway, I've had to try to find someone who is free to receive the car and who happens to have $1,750 in cash lying around. No small order. Got it lined up, but wasted my evening doing it. And I can't even inspect the vehicle upon delivery. I paid a lot to get this vehicle here, and am very dissatisfied with how this ended up."

We do try our best to ensure exact dates for pickup and delivery times to avoid putting our customers in a bad situation. While changes like this are not likely but they can happen in vehicle transport. We're extremely sorry that you had to face such difficulties, problems in customer service is not something we are known for.
