Scammers! - Unapproved Charge on my Credit Card

I called DIY for a quote to ship a bus and they asked me for my credit card number in order to get the right shipper and have all the payment info ready for when authorization comes. I NEVER accepted the job and they went ahead and charged my credit card for $200. THIS IS CONSIDERED FRAUD. I never signed or approved any work order. I simply provided my CC info because they asked for it to obtain quotes from different shippers. I submitted a claim through my bank and they actually responded to the bank with false information and that I had given a $1200 deposit on the total bill. TOTALLY FALSE. DO NOT USE THESE GUYS!! This is not how you do business and is considered Fraud, Scam, and Theft. This type of behavior should not be tolerated!
