Called me less than hour after agreeing to use their service, I was told vehicle would be picked up Saturday and delivered Thursday. Contract sent to me gives trucking company an additional 2 days to pick up and another additional 2 days to deliver.. so far was actually picked up Monday and delivered Saturday.. so actually 6 day shipping instead of 3 to 4 days we discussed.. but we'll within contract sent to me .. if this is the norm tell customers this up front, not after services are paid for. Sale person was rude after this was mentioned.. BE AWARE BEFORE YOU DEAL WITH THEM!! I need to be clear I do not have a problem with trucking company but with the broker DIY TRANSPORT.. Trucking company and driver were excellent !
