Never again. told me what i wanted to hear and never delivered

booked 8/31 with Amy. higher price but persistent. had questions.sent 3 messages, no answer. amy on leave. nathan reassured me about price and dates.first time shipper so i had questions about shipping. called in november to ask how to pay, posting date,etc. Chris helped me and convinced me to take enclosed transport. 11/17. assured me we would have door to door service with no trouble. I booked for $1500. I wrote back on 11/19 and offered to drive 100 miles to a larger city to accomodate a driver as I lived in a very rural area. No answer. The 5 day window started 11/20. No contact except by other companies who said they could not find my load posted anywhere.i cancelled and will have to drive the car to Florida myself. Every contact for a first time shipper of a $75,000 car was WAS INITIATED BY ME AFTER BOOKING. . they got the listing then did nothing. I need the car shipped back in april and it won't be by them. don't believe the reviews.
