This was my first experience having a vehicle shipped to me. The process was surprisingly easy. DIY was always easy to reach and had all information I needed and treated me fairly.
The actual transporter (named Milon) was the most professional I could have imagined. I paid him in cash and he counted it several times because he was concerned I had overpaid by $20. He was early by a day but didn't mind a bit to wait until I could meet him the following morning per the schedule.
I could not be happier.
