Gary Nichols made my experience wonderful. He was very informative and worked with me all the way. He advised how I can contact my driver and when I should call. Though there were a few minor hiccups I think that for the most part I was very satisfied.

As we all know not everything goes as planned. The sales, customer service and dispatch staff at DIY work daily to make sure the hiccups don't turn into anything major.
