Good cross country move in winter

I'm very pleased with the experience.
I called and got the estimate and made a reservation on 12/9. Bernie Torres was pleasant and helpful and the experience was very simple.
I used terminal to terminal shipping and dropped my 2008 Prius off locally to my origin and picked it up close to my destination. I was able to track progress each day on the phone and realized my car would arrive early. I sent an email to the destination terminal explaining that I would not be available when the car arrived and when I would come to get it.
When I arrived the car was clean and ready.
I dropped it off on a Friday and on Monday I realized that I left my work badge in the car. I called and the car had not left yet and they got my badge from the car and had it waiting in the office for me. The young woman at the reception desk was very nice and helpful. I'm afraid I don't remember her name.
I also got to see the car leave, in its position on the top of the open transport.
I dropped off the car on December 11. it left on Dec.14. It was in Texas on Dec. 16, and 17 and weather reports were talking about very heavy rain in Texas. It was in Arkansas on Dec 18. On December 19 it was in Tennessee and the big snowstorm hit the mid-Atlantic states. On the 21st it was in Linden, NJ and the next day it was in Manassas, VA. I didn't make it until 12/27, Sunday and so I picked up the car on the morning of 12/28. My husband and brother-in-law were with me and were also impressed by the service and condition of the car.
