Untrustworthy and severe car damage

DA Multiservice was a massive disappointment in a number of ways. First, the company was very difficult to reach throughout the car transport process, and provided no documentation about the trip status as my car was moved across the country. I was also not notified when my car was dropped off at the final location. When I did find my car, it had been left unlocked with the keys inside. Upon further investigation, my car had been severely crushed and scratched by the driver during the trip. DA's owner took very minimal responsibility to help when I discovered the damage. There were very little apologies, no discounts offered, and they made verbal promises to help pay for damages, but had zero follow-through. I cannot stress this enough: If you value a company that takes responsibility (and if you value your car) do NOT use this transport company.
