When I re-submitted my request for Transport, Andrew called me almost immediately. He was very nice, pleasant and easy to talk with. I felt very comfortable with him right away and almost booked right then. I told him I would call him back. I immediately checked reviews of his Company, Cruise Control Auto Transport, and definitely liked what I saw from others.

I called Andrew back and booked the Transport from MA to KY. Andrew called me after a very short wait and said that he had a transport available and that my vehicle would be back to my by Friday of that week.

That is what you would expect. When things go right, everything is rosy. However, when his carrier, Lee's Trucking came to pick up my Explorer, that's when things went wrong. My vehicle would not start, and Andrew called me to tell me my Explorer would not start. He asked if I could arrange a truck to lift my vehicle up on his carrier's truck. I told him I would be glad to, but I didn't have the faintest idea who to call. We hung up, and I was disappointed.

Andrew called me back in less than 15 minutes and said that he had a company to lift my vehicle on the trailer. I called that company and took care of paying them. I got a call from the Lee's Trucking and they said that my explorer was loaded and ready to go. What a relief!!!

If you need a company and CEO of a company to take care of you, please call Andrew at Cruise Control Auto Transport. You will not be disappointed and be very glad and Thankful you did!!!
