I was unsure about shipping my "baby" rather than taking the time to drive it myself, especially once I learned how this industry functions. I spoke with other brokers, who I was disinclined to trust, especially when I read some of the reviews on this forum and thought through the hard sell tactics I was being approached with. Andrew was a straight shooter from the beginning, and did a great job ensuring my vehicle was transported by a reliable carrier.
As I was in the process of moving myself, I had to have a third party (friend of mine) release the vehicle to the carrier. The carrier showed up as promised, loved the vehicle with no issues, and arrived at the final destination less than 24 hours later. The vehicle arrived in pristine condition. Money was exchanged as Andrews described, there was no trickery. I was overall very pleased with the experience, and would use Cruise Control Transport again.
