We signed a contract (and paid a $100 deposit) to have my Jeep Liberty delivered to me in October of 2014. To date, I still have not received my car, my deposit or any communications from Crossroads, despite my repeated emails/calls.

We agreed upon a price of $575 with a gentleman named "Mike D". However, once the deposit was received, the only transporters he could find wanted $200/$300/$400 more than what was agreed. After two months, it became obvious Mike wasn't going to find us a transporter for $575 and we asked for a refund. Once we asked for our money back, Crossroads stopped returning our calls or answering our emails.

I honestly feel Crossroads took my money and ran. They did not make any decent attempts at finding a transporter for our quoted price and then stopped communicating once we displayed dissatisfaction. I would never recommend this company to anyone.
