Having had a very negative experience using a car hauler in the recent past, I was not particularly excited about the prospect of having my new Jeep transported from Florida to Louisiana. However, I have to admit that I was very pleasantly surprised by Daniel at Crossroads and the carrier, CarTransport.com. Although the vehicle was pick up later than originally expected, the driver communicated well and kept us abreast of the situation. The vehicle was delivered 2 hours earlier than expected and was in great shape when it arrived. For the price of an open transport, Daniel hooked me up with a closed trailer. Overall, I was very impressed. In my experience, it is tough to find folks in this business that do what they say. Although I was skeptical at first, I have to admit that I was very impressed by the service I received. I highly recommend Daniel at Crossroads and Julian at CarTransport.com. Great work, guys! I'll be back.
