This was my first time having a car transported and after reading recent reviews I was a little nervous. Kim in dispatch, Jason and John assured me everything would work out. I did have to pay an extra 50$ but John called right away to let me know. Communication was extremely easy all my calls were returned in a timely manor. Pick up was a day late but not due to crossroads. The driver was extremely polite and my car was delivered as promised the same day safe an sound. There were a few communication glitches, but over all the company meet my needs. This is a legit company and they are extremely professional and knowledgeable. I would use them again! I have never left a review for a company but feel after the great service they provide me that the poor reviews are not necessary an every time occasion.
