On May 23rd, I received a flat fixed charge to deliver a Nissan GTR from New Orleans to NY. This was fixed and firm at $1,150 to be in an enclosed trailer. I was concerned with agreeing to work with Crossroads as there were many complaints online and with the Better Business Bureau regarding their business practices.

A common complaint was that they would wait until day of pick up and then say additional money was needed or they would need to cancel. This is exactly what they did to me.

I cannot even begin to fathom how they think they can charge me these fees when they in fact themselves voided the terms and conditions by charging additional money for the pick up and then not even realize that they did not pick the car up. They informed me two different times that this was a fixed and firm price and no additional charges would be incurred.

Once I signed with them, I never heard back until they needed an additional $250 and they could pick it up today.

I was offered a service from Crossroads which was fixed and firm and which they did not perform. They tried to hold me hostage by charging an additional fee after telling me there would be no additional fees.

They did not perform service and did not contract with a carrier.

As with all of the other complaints on line and with the Better Business Bureau, this is what they do.

Do not use this carrier. Look at what they say in rebuttal of every complaint. It was the customer, they are angry or unclear. Total lies. It is them and how they operate.
