A little miscommunication in the beginning regarding pick up times as well as payment options. Make sure that the DRIVER is able to accept credit cards because the driver is different from Crossroads, which caused me a bit of a problem since my bank is not located out west. Otherwise, Crossroads and the company they used were very responsible and prompt. I would use them again if I head back East.
