quoted at 850 with 150 deposit. they charged my card 155. i was told 8 days pickup. its been 2 weeks. they told me i am on emergency dispatch...right. they will only refund $50 of the deposit. nobody bothered to let me know what was going on. i called everyday for the past week and i heard quite a few excuses. i kept being told that they will schedule something for that day and they will call me back at the end of the day. there was one lady who i believed she would call me back. she was kind enough to do so but she informed me that she couldnt have it scheduled for pick up. all of the other customer service represenatives either put me on hold and never picked up, transferred me to another rep or just straight up hung up on me. out of the 10 times i requested to speak to the manager or boss they never allowed me to do so. now i am a straight foward person. i dont think anyone else likes being hung up on or lied to. today is the last day i am giving them. i am sure its going to turn out just like the rest of them. so this is where ill leave my rating. wouldnt recommend them to anyone
